导师简介:
博士,中国科学院武汉植物园水生植物适应性进化学科组研究员,硕士研究生导师。自2000年以来主要从事水生植物的系统与进化生物学以及居群遗传学方面的研究,包括采用分子标记及测序技术探讨植物类群间的亲缘关系及其性状的演化;采用分子标记及测序技术探讨植物植物类群的遗传变异及其地理分布模式;通过野外观察和温室控制实验研究水生植物植物的性表达及资源配置等;采用高通量测序技术研究水生植物特异性状的分子调控机制。已开展了水生植物泽泻亚纲的分子系统学、中国水韭属、水蕨属,莕菜属、杉叶藻属及水毛茛属的遗传分化及谱系地理学、泽泻科中几个代表物种的遗传变异模式等、同时开展了莕菜属及慈姑属几种植物的性表达状态的形成、维持及分子调控机制研究。以第一作者、共同第一作者、通讯作者或共同通讯作者发表文章近60篇,其中SCI刊物近40篇。  招生专业:植物学 招生方向:植物分子系统学、植物居群基因组学。
