导师简介:
郭明全,博士,中国科学院武汉植物园药用植物化学生物学学科组首席研究员,博士生导师。2004年3月毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获化学博士学位。2004年7月2007年9月期间,先后分别在美国国家卫生研究院(NIH)和加州大学劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室做博士后;2007年10月至2012年7在美国南加州大学工作。美国工作期间主要从事抗癌药物作用机理的功能蛋白质组学、功能化合物代谢组学等领域的研究工作。目前主要从事中药、民族药用植物中功能化合物的提取分离、分析鉴定、活性筛选与中药、民族药等化学物质基础和作用机理等方面的研究,至今已发表SCI论文40余篇,相关论文分别发表在Scientific Reports,Journal of Chromatography A.,Current Cancer Drug Targets,Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine,Journal of Proteomics, Proteomics, Anal. Chim. Acta, Molecular Biosystems, Journal of Molecular Neuroscience, Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Proteome Research, Journal of Mass Spectrometry 和Rapid Communications in Mass Spectrometry等SCI专业期刊上。课题组承担的主要科研项目包括中科院引进海外杰出人才启动项目、中科院百人计划择优支持项目、中科院知识创新方向性项目、中科院海外科教基地项目、国家自然科学基金海外及港澳学者合作研究项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。

研究领域:

本课题组拟以我国华中地区和武汉植物园丰富的药用植物资源为研究对象,采用现代植物化学、先进的功能代谢组学和蛋白组学方法与生物活性筛选等手段,开展植物化学成分的提取分离鉴定、活性筛选与功能评价、功能化合物作用机理与代谢转化规律以及功能化合物的开发利用等方面的研究,同时积极与国内外相关研究团队合作,致力于我国尤其是中部地区创新性天然产品的研发及药用植物资源的可持续利用。

主要研究方向:1)药用植物功能化合物的提取分离鉴定与生物活性筛选研究;2)基于功能组学的药用植物化学生物学研究;3)药用植物功能化合物的作用机理与开发利用研究。
