导师简介:
郭明全,博士,中国科学院武汉植物园药用植物化学生物学学科组首席研究员,博士生导师。2004年3月毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获化学博士学位。2004年7月至2012年7月期间,先后分别在多所美国知名研究机构和大学从事抗癌药物作用机理的功能蛋白质组学、功能化合物代谢组学等领域的研究工作。2012年8月至今主要从事中药、民族药用植物中活性化合物多靶点亲和色谱质谱筛选及其化学生物学研究,中药、民族药化学物质基础、作用机理与开发利用方面的研究,至今已发表中英文论文100余篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文90余篇。近5年分别在Food Chemistry,Journal of Chromatography A, Proteomics,Environment International,Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Proteome Research, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition和Phytochemistry Reviews等SCI专业期刊上发表论文60余篇,五年内论文被引用达1000余次,并有多篇次入选杂志高被引或封面文章。

1998/09-2004/06中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,硕博连读

 

研究领域:

本课题组拟以我国华中地区和武汉植物园丰富的药用植物资源为研究对象,采用现代植物化学、先进的功能代谢组学和蛋白组学方法与多靶点亲和色谱筛选等手段,开展药用植物化学成分的活性筛选、功能评价、作用机理与代谢转化规律以及开发利用等方面的研究。同时积极与国内外相关研究团队合作,致力于我国尤其是中部地区创新性天然产品的研发及药用植物资源的可持续利用。

主要研究方向:1)药用植物功能化合物的多靶点筛选研究;2)基于功能组学的药用植物化学生物学研究;3)药用植物功能化合物的作用机理与开发利用研究。
