研究领域:

以淫羊藿中草药为研究对象,利用转录组、代谢组、比较基因组等手段,解析淫羊藿中药材中主要活性成分类黄酮的生物合成途径,并重点关注 MYB 和 bHLH 转录因子对类黄酮合成途径的调控作用;

淫羊藿快繁、组培培养、遗传转化平台的建立和应用;

利用合成生物学技术建立淫羊藿重要活性成分的代谢工程平台。
