1. 微藻高效固碳的生物学机制。结合分子生物学、生理学和组学等研究手段,揭示微藻高效吸收和利用无机碳的生物学基础,阐明C4等途径对微藻碳固定的贡献及相关调控机制。
2. 微藻天然产物提取、利用与生物质综合利用。开发适于工业规模化生产的微藻高附加值产物(藻蓝蛋白、γ-亚麻酸等)提取技术体系;针对微藻生物固碳生产的生物质,通过高价值产物的提取以及微藻水产饲料等途径,提升其经济价值与综合利用水平。 |
