简要履历:

  杨美,女,汉族,博士,青年研究员,硕士生导师。1981年生。2010年于华中农业大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院武汉植物园工作,主要从事于莲重要性状遗传机制研究、功能基因的挖掘与种质资源创新在莲花期和地下茎发育的遗传机制研究上取得了重要成果。参与了‘中国古代莲’的基因组测序工作,构建了第一张莲遗传连锁图谱。主持国家自然科学基金2项、院卓越人才计划1项。以第一作者在Scientific Reports,Genome Biology BMC GenomicsTheoretical and Applied Genetic Annals of Applied BiologyScientia Horticulturae 等学术期刊上发表SCI论文15篇,获得国家发明专利授权2项。
