导师简介:
2010年获得中国科学院研究生院博士学位。2017-2020年于美国康奈尔大学Boyce Thompson Institute做博士后研究。主要从事番茄等园艺植物基因组学研究,构建了第一个番茄泛基因组,发表了醋栗番茄、花椰菜、卷心菜等参考基因组,着重研究了基因组结构变异在园艺作物驯化和重要农艺性状形成中的重要作用。近年来,在Nature Genetics、Nature Communications、Plant Biotechnology Journal、BMC Biology等期刊发表论文十余篇。
